Massive condensed display type, monospace metadata, oversized numerals, hairline rules, and zero border radius. Pure black & white with a single safety-orange accent. Sections include a strict 12-column nav, a 9xl-headline hero with full-bleed b&w architecture photo, an oversized-numeral index strip, a six-card project grid, a two-column manifesto, a four-person studio block, a press list, a dark "Have a brief?" CTA, and a four-column footer.

Like every Efecto template, this file ships with its own brand system — colors, typography, icons, and image direction — so the entire layout retunes the moment you swap the brand system. The page is built with flexbox, so it reflows across desktop, tablet, and mobile.
